Retail returns are subject to a $10 flat return fee per return, not per item, deducted from your refund. This fee applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping. Free original shipping does not include free return shipping. We waive the fee if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item. The $10 retail return fee does not apply to trade or wholesale orders, which are subject to their separate return terms. Exclusions apply. Read the full policy, including trade and wholesale terms.
