Thank you for shopping with Shupaca. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below, which applies to all retail orders placed on shupaca.com.
For Wholesale or Trade orders, please refer to the dedicated sections at the bottom of this page, as return terms vary.
Retail Returns & Exchanges
Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all tags.

You are responsible for both original and return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.
Exchanges

We allow a one-time exchange for a different size or color (if available).

Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Final Sale or Clearance items (including items listed on our Sale page)

Gift Cards

Items purchased at physical retail stores (please contact the store directly)
Return Instructions

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at returns@shupaca.com.

You may use any shipping carrier. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable or insured service.

Shupaca is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Wholesale Orders – Final Sale
All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:

Damaged or incorrect items (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

Custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstances

Slight color variations are normal due to screen settings or dye batches and are not considered defects
Trade Orders
Trade orders are eligible for return or exchange with the following conditions:

A 25% restocking fee will be applied

You are responsible for all shipping costs

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for replacement

Custom orders are final sale

Minor color differences are expected due to dye variations and are not considered defects
Important Note
Orders intended for resale or that qualify as trade or wholesale must be placed through our official programs.
Orders placed through our retail site to bypass these policies may be subject to denied returns and future order restrictions.
