I find those gloves useful when traveling and constantly taking pictures. No need to take your gloves off, better grip with your fingers without any cover, but still not too cold for the rest of the hands. Those are very thin and not too warm, so I recommend them for not very cold days, otherwise you'll be cold. I live in Florida, so those are great for an occasional colder days.
