I first bought this hat 3 or years ago at a boutique store in Healdsburg. It quickly became my favorite hat ever - just perfect for chilly nights in SF. Lightweight enough to stow in a jacket pocket but cozy and warm when needed. And SO cute.
This fall I had a scare where I thought I lost it. It did eventually show up and I was so grateful that I took a picture of it just in case. Lo and behold, I did lose it again! The wonderful people at Shupaca were so patient with me and my multiple attempts at uploading the pic. Eventually it all worked out and I have my new best beanie ever and I really appreciate Lori and Deandra for their quick and helpful responses. Great hat and great company!
