So, initially got the wrong blanket delivered. Had ordered the Dragon Fruit but somehow the Patchwork was mailed. Reached out to cust svc via chat and they exceeded expectations. Correct blanket sent out with no problem and arrived only a few days later. What was initially a poor experience was turned around very well. Will buy from them again the next time I need a blanket.
